ARGUMENTATIVE PROMPT Because of the negative impact of second-hand smoke, the law to ban all pubic smoking is being considered. Smoking would not be allowed in parking lots, on sidewalks, in parks, on the street, at the beach, or in ANY public areas. Smoking would be designated to personal property only. Write an argumentative essay for or against the law that will ban all public smoking.
