*Read Black Boy independently. Read it as a class, then complete story map

* Write literature response : "Would Richard's mother be considered a 'good mother'? Use your understand and judgements about being a parent and the events in the story to support your asserted position.

*spelling pre-test Unit 6

Homework:

Continue preparing for vocabulary pre-test scheduled for tomorrow and the spelling and vocabulary tests for Unit 6 on Friday.

REMINDER: AR test must be completed before you leave for winter break. Keep reading. :-). The sooner you can take the test, the better.
